As a global première, SPORTISCA has for the first time been able to give its artificial turf even greater natural properties, in which the height of the floor is varied by various grass blade lengths. This improves the ball-roll behaviour and achieves an even more realistic look.

State-of-the-art production systems in Urnäsch provide additional manufacturing advantages: thanks to the T-Roll™ system SPORTISCA is in a position to produce extra-long rolls. These can cover the entire width of a football pitch, which reduces the number of joints and eliminates corresponding weak points.

Hygiene and cleanability: 7-0

Thanks to the SPORTISCA Triple T technology T-Turfs are, in spite of the high pile weight, not tufted too tightly and can therefore be fully freed from impurities by rotating cleaning brushes. This allows the formation of moss and algae to be effectively prevented, which, in turn, benefits the hygiene and service life of the product.

No static charging: 8-0

The new T-Turf generation is also permanently antistatic and therefore saves the players from annoying static shocks.

Ecological considerations play an important role in every project phase at SPORTISCA. This means absolutely no plasticisers or solvents are used in production, which is why the T-Turf products can be unhesitatingly used even in ground water protection zones. Even disposal costs formerly incurred can – particularly compared to filled products – be kept to an absolute minimum.
