T-Guard

T-Guard was developed for the optimum removal of dirt, based on plastic profiles, in order to ensure that matt can be easily rolled up. Of course, this matt also has the unique "water drain technology".

• T-Guard is made up of profiles to which the brushes are attached. The brushes are connected with a steel cable, which runs across the profiles.
• The profiles have a protruding rib. This rib serves as an additional scraper in order to absorb and sweep away moisture and dirt.
• The profile is rounded at the sides in order to let water run off more quickly.
• A "spacer" allows an opening of 4 or 8 mm between the profiles, so that water and dirt can be drained away.
• The profile, to which the brushes are attached, is made from recycled PVC, which is hollow and moulded.
• The end of the shot in brush bundle has a connection with the hollow are of the profile. This ensures that the collected moisture is drained away and evaporates more quickly.
